When will my order arrive? 

All orders are expected to be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the order date, with an additional delay of 3-5 business days for international orders. Order times will take longer due to limited edition prints and the pandemic.

It is the customers responsibility to provide correct billing and shipping address. we will not refund or replace orders that were shipped to an incorrect address. If orders are undeliverable to the provided address and is returned, an additional shipping fee will be charged to reship to another address.

We are not responsible for additional customs fees when shipping international.

I placed my order, but have not received a tracking information?

Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information. Please contact through email or DM on Instagram if you have been unable to receive tracking information.

What shipping method do you use?

USA -  (3 to 5 business days from ship date)

Canada - (10 to 15 business days from ship date)

International - (10 to 18 days from ship date)

DHL Express - International (3 to 10 days from ship date) 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. However, it can take longer to be delivered.  Additional custom/import/taxes charges maybe assessed by the respective foreign country being ship to.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed. 

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. 

Do you restock your inventory?

Most items are limited edition and created through series, but we may restock if item(s) are high demand.

Sizing? 

Everything is true to its size. 

How do I care for my garments?

To keep your garments looking great wash after wash, please follow these instructions:
• Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle.
• Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.
• Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and drip-dry for preservation and a long life.
• If you use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat setting.
• Love unconditionally and wear it like you mean it!
